Registration

All participants are required to register for the conference. The registration fees are US $110 (by October 31), US $160 (by November 15), and US $210 (after November 30). The full-time student registration fee is discounted by 50%. Registration fee will be refunded if a written request of withdrawal is received by November 15. The registration fee includes the conference bag, program bulletin, cultural event, tea/coffee breaks, conference banquet, working lunches, and admission to all sessions.

Registration for Scholars in India: All attending the conference are required to register for the conference. Registration from scholars living and working in India will be accepted in Rupees. The registration fees are Rs. 1,100 (by October 31), Rs. 1,600 (by November 15), and Rs. 2,100 (after November 30). The full-time student registration fee is discounted by 50%. Registration fee will be refunded if a written request for withdrawal is received by November 15, 2015. The registration fee includes the conference bag, programme bulletin, cultural event, tea/coffee breaks, conference banquet, working lunches, and admission to all sessions.

Those who are members of AIMS International will be eligible to receive 10% reduction in the conference registration fee. Please download membership from at

Guest Registration: Participants are welcome to bring guests. A nominal guest registration fee of US $20 (or Rs.500 for India) will include tea breaks, working lunches, and the conference banquet.
